Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and whisk to combine.
  2. Heat on medium, stirring often, until mixture is smooth and heated through.
  3. Pour into airtight container or jar and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  4. Enjoy with a cup of freshly brewed coffee!
